The Applicant is seeking extension of four weeks time for transit bail granted to him by this Court in Anticipatory Bail Application No.601 of 2015 on 27th April, 2015 in C.R. No.168 of 2009 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 468 of the IPC. The said offence is registered at the instance of the complaint lodged by the Police Inspector 1/2 APPP-441-15.doc

and Investigating Officer, Special Investigation Team, Lokayukta, Bangalore. The extension is sought on the ground that the Applicant is not keeping well. However, the certificate which is produced by the Applicant is dated 20th April, 2015, whereas the order of transit bail was passed on 27th April, 2015 and by the said transit bail, he was granted a period of four weeks. In view thereof, when already the period has expired and no fresh certificate is produced on record, this application cannot be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Application stands dismissed. [DR.
