The matter can be disposed of in terms of the order dated 22nd December 2021. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Respondent has not made payment of the entire amount as agreed for the period 26th May 2015 to 18th August 2016. It is submitted that Rs.5 lakhs has been paid to the Petitioner and remaining amount of Rs. 3 lakhs and odd is to be paid.

The learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on instructions, submits that the said remaining amount of Rs.3 lakhs and odd would be 1/2
