With the assistance of the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for Respondent (State) as well as the learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.8, we have perused the writ petition as well as the Affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of Respondent Nos.4 to 6. In paragraph 8 of the said Affidavit, reference is made to the Petitioner's complaints/applications dated 3rd December 2017 and 31st December 2017.

It is further stated that based on those complaints/applications, the Collector, Raigad issued a show cause

Sayyed 13-WP-9416-2018.doc notice to the Respondent No.8 on 15th May 2018. The Respondent No.8 thereafter submitted her Say to the same. Copy of the report of the Police Inspector, Anti Corruption Branch was also annexed to the said reply stating therein that there is no case of possession of disproportionate assets with the Respondent No.8. 4.

We therefore find that insofar as the prayer clause (B) is concerned, the same stands considered by Respondent No.5-Collector and the complaints have been decided.

Considering the overall documentary material on record, we do not find any further case made out to intervene in exercise of the writ jurisdiction.
