P.C. :- By this Petition the Petitioner has challenged the charge memorandum and the on going enquiry against the Petitioner. The learned Counsel for the Respondents states that the Petitioner himself has given a letter that the enquiry be closed as he is not inclined to lead oral evidence and he has already given his say in the matter. The learned Counsel submits that the enquiry is now closed and kept for report. This communication is dated 28 January 2020 after filing of this Petition.
