This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with CR No.13 of 2017 registered with Powai Police Station under Sections 498(A), 406, 323, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code. 2.
Learned counsel for applicant and the respondent-complainant submitted that the matter was referred for mediation and the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. The consent terms dated 8th January 2019 executed between the applicant and respondent no.2 are tendered, which are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Learned counsel for respondent no.2, however, submitted that in accordance with the consent terms, the last payment is to be received by the complainant on 20th July 2019. 3.
In view of consent terms executed between the parties, interim protection granted by this Court by order dated 6th June 2017, needs to be confirmed. Hence, I pass following order :

ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with CR No.13 of 2017 registered with Powai Police Station, Mumbai, the applicant may be released on bail on executing PR bond in the sum of Rs.30,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; (ii) In the event of breach of any of the terms of the consent terms dated 8th January 2019, the complainant and/or the prosecution will be at liberty to move an application for cancellation of this order granting anticipatory bail to the applicant;
(iii) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.884 of 2017 is disposed off.
