By this civil application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 55 days in filing first appeal. No affidavit in reply is filed by the respondents though served. Delay is sufficiently explained in paragraphs (2) to (4). The reasons recorded therein are accepted.. Interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The applicants are directed to remove all other office objections within two weeks from today. No order as to costs. If all the office objections are removed and if the first appeal is numbered, place the same on board for admission on 16th March, 2020.
