P.C.:- The Applicant herein seeks to condone the delay in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 28th March, 2013 passed by the Railway Claim Tribunal in Original Application No.360 of 2008. 2.
The contention of the Applicant is that they were not able to file application in time because of poverty, illiteracy and financial constraints. Considering that the initial application has been filed for compensation under Railway Claims Tribunal, which is a beneficial legislation and considering the grounds raised in paragraph 3 of the Megha 1/2
Megha 36_caf_787_2015.doc application, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned. Appeal be registered.
