DATED : 20 JANUARY 2023 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is on Covid-19 bail. It appears that applicant has not surrendered, though the notification which was issued to release under-trial prisoners on bail in view of Covid-19 pandemic has ceased to exist long back. I am, therefore, not inclined to entertain the present application for bail. Application is rejected.
