2] By the impugned order dated 15th April 2017, the High Power Committee has only declined ad interim relief and further ordered the matter to be taken up in the usual course. Reasons have also been set out in the order. In such circumstances, there is no case made out to warrant interference under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. The petition is therefore dismissed. Needless to add that whatever actions, the respondents take in the matter, 1/2

3] In view of dismissal of the petition, civil applications do not survive and are disposed of accordingly.
