62-cp-31-2022-group.doc P.C:- The present set of Contempt Petitions are filed on the ground that orders of this Court, directing Additional Collector to decide the representation of the Petitioner for allotment of land, is not complied. Affidavit is filed by the Respondents to the effect that the said representation could not be decided within the time as some information called for from the State Government,is not received. Considering the difficulty expressed in the affidavit, we direct that the representations as directed by this Court under order dated 22nd December, 2020 of which the contempt was alleged, shall be taken preferably within four months.

Contempt Petitions are disposed of.
