Heard the learned counsel on the application for bail during the pendency of appeal. Earlier the charge was u/s 307 of IPC. The applicant-appellant was convicted for the offence punishable u/s 324 of IPC and was sentenced to suffer SI for one year. During the trial, the applicant was on bail. The applicant be released on same bail as granted by the trial Court with fresh bond to be executed before the trial court. 1/2
