The applicant is an accused in Special Case (POCSO) No. 22 of 2015. It appears that the substantive evidence of one of the witnesses acting as a panch was recorded on 20th October 2016 and thereafter another panch was examined on 28th November 2015.

In view of this, the learned Special Court shall expedite the trial and conclude recording of the evidence within three months from receipt of this order.
