The Applicant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.4/2020, dated 06/01/2020, registered with Badalapur West Police Station, thane City, under sections 420, 406, 409, 467, 468 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Heard Mr. Vijay Killedar, learned counsel for the Applicant and Smt. Madhavi H. Mhatre, learned APP for the State.

The gist of the FIR is that the informant in this case is MANUSHREE NESARIKAR MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2024.05.03 15:00:40 +0530 Arun Meher. He had an ancestral land bearing survey No.33/9 at Nesarikar

2 / 2 13-ABA-1183-24.odt Eranjad. It was acquired by Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure Ltd. and the compensation of Rs.35,52,438/- was distributed. However, the accused Laxman Meher, Pankaj Meher and Ajit Meher in collusion with the present Applicant and one Tikam had taken that money on the basis of false Panchanama. The Applicant was the representative of the said company. 4.

At the outset, learned APP on instructions states that in this case, after investigation, 'C' summary report is already filed. The investigating agency does not want custody of the Applicant for investigation purpose. The statement is recorded. Learned APP tendered a report which is taken on record. 5.

Learned counsel for the Applicant in view of this statement does not press this application. The statement is recorded.
