The Applicants seek pre-arrest bail in Crime No.21 of 2020 registered with Malad Police Station, Mumbai, for the offences punishable under Section 420 r/w 34 of the IPC. 2.
The aforesaid crime was registered pursuant to the FIR lodged by the First Informant- Manoj Seth. The facts narrated in the FIR prima facie reveal that the Applicants had agreed to sell a flat to Megha 1/2
29_aba_349 & 350_2021.odt the First Informant for sale consideration of Rs.50,00,000/-. It is stated that Rs.45,00,000/- were already received by the Applicants, despite which the Applicants failed to deliver possession of the said flat.

Learned counsel for the Applicants state that the parties have entered into settlement and that quashing proceedings are already filed before the Division Bench of this Court and that the same are pending. Learned APP confirms the said statement. 4.
Considering the fact that the parties have settled the dispute amicably, interim relief granted vide order dated 30/07/2020 stands confirmed.

The Applications stand disposed of.
