P.C.:- Applicant has sent this Application through Jail. He has stated therein that, he is suffering from critical problem of kidney and his health was also critical. He therefore requested to call for medical papers/reports and to hear his Bail Application expeditiously. Mr. Hulke, learned APP has produced a photocopy of medical report issued by Medical Officer, Kolhapur Central Prison, Kolhapur dated 24th June, 2022, duly signed by the Medical Officer. In paragraph Nos.10 and 15 of the said report, it is stated that10) CLINICAL DIAGNOSIS: Known case of Congenitle agenesis of Rt. Kidney (Single Kidney by birth). Needs no active surgical or medicine intervention at present 1/2

15) PRESENT HEALTH STATUS: Clinically stable, ambulatory, his vitals are within normal limits. Conscious and well oriented."

The report further states that, due to the aforestated illness, the Applicant is being provided regular treatment adviced by the experts from the Government CPR Hospital, Kolhapur. That, though the Applicant has a single Kidney (left), he is clinically fit to do all his regular work and duties. It is lastly stated that, taking into consideration his said medical condition, he is being referred to Government CPR Hospital, Kolhapur for regular medical check up.

In view of the above, the grievance of the Applicant does not survive.

Application is accordingly disposed off.
