1) This is an application for intervention by the original complainant-Aditya Sawant in CR No.8 of 2016 registered with Nagpada Police Station, Mumbai. 2) For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

3) The learned counsel for the applicant in Anticipatory Bail Application No.819 of 2016 is hereby directed to implead the original complainant as respondent No.2. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and the amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the original complainant.

4) Criminal Application No.399 of 2016 is allowed in the aforesaid terms. then.
