The learned counsel for the Applicant states that after this Application was filed a Special Court under the MCOCA Act has been established at Ahmednagar and proceedings in the MCOCA Act have been transferred from Nashik to Ahmednagar. 2.

He submits that the co-accused Sonu @ Sandeep Mohan Duggal has been granted bail by the Aurangabad Bench by order dated 26 November 2021 in Criminal Bail Application No.629 of 2021.

As the Application arises out of the proceedings which have now been transferred to Ahmednagar, the present N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The Registrar (Judicial) of this Court shall examine and place the matter before the Hon'ble the Chief Justice for appropriate orders as may be necessary.
