In furtherance of the earlier order dated 28/07/2021, learned counsel for the Applicants makes a solemn statement that AJN

2/2 12 ABA-1494.21.odt the Applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.1 lakh in the account of the Complainant by RTGS within three days from today. The Complainant states that she will be satisfied if the said amount, as assured, is deposited.

In view of the understanding reached between the parties that the other belongings of the Complainant are returned, including her documents, and since the parties have agreed that towards the alleged Stridan, the Complainant would be satisfied, if an amount of Rs.1 lakh is paid by the Applicant. This, of course, is without prejudice to the rights of the Complainant to proceed against the Applicant by instituting appropriate proceedings before the concerned court of law. 3.

In view of the aforesaid fact, the protection granted in favour of the Applicant on 30/06/2021 is made absolute with a stipulation that the Applicant shall render his co-operation to the Investigating Officer in completion of the investigation. 4.

The Anticipatory Bail Application as well as the Interim Application are disposed of.
