This is an application for anticipatory bail in C.R. No.143 of 2021 registered with Manpada Police Station, Dist. Thane for offence under Section 406 of Indian Penal Code (for short "IPC"). 2.
The case of the complainant is that he was having his own vehicle Hyundai Accent Car. Sudeep Kumar was in need of vehicle and hence complainant gave his vehicle to Sudeep Kumar on rent. Thereafter Sudeep Kumar requested for more vehicles. Informant provided two other vehicles to him. Sudeep Kumar also took vehicle from Sanjay Surwade. Vehicles were not returned. During the course of investigation statements of witnesses were Sajakali Jamadar
20-Aba-1501-2021.doc recorded which disclosed the complicity of the applicant. During interrogation of the co-accused Virendra Valmiki, it was disclosed that the 4th Car was handed over to the applicant. 3.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has no role to play in this transaction. He is not involved in the crime. He has no past antecedents. The FIR refers to three vehicles which are already recovered. The applicant was never handed over any vehicles.

On perusal of the investigation papers, it is apparent that, during the course of interrogation it was disclosed that 4th car bearing No. MH05 DK 6235 was handed over to the applicant. In these circumstances, no case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out.
ORDER
Anticipatory Bail Application No.1501 of 2021 is rejected and stands disposed of accordingly;
