On 8th June 2023 the following order came to be passed :

1. Mr. Pujari for respondent No.1 states that his instructions are that respondent No.1 has expired sometime ago and before that had taken away the papers from the Advocate.

2. Having considered the pleadings, the presence of respondent Nos.1 and 2 is required. Therefore, Registry to issue notice to respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to remain present on the next date either in person or through an Advocate.

3. Petitioner shall also present himself before the Chief Interpreter and Translator of this Court to affirm the contents of the petition.

4. Stand over to 06.07.2023 for 'Direction'.

Mr. Chavan states that he addressed a communication dated 12th June 2023 to petitioner by R.P.A.D. which has been delivered but he has not received any instructions. Mr. Chavan states that even earlier communications addressed to petitioner have met with the same fate. Gauri Gaekwad

In view thereof, petition dismissed.
