This application has been preferred by the applicant through jail. In the said application, he has stated that his parents have applied for bail vide

The applicant in the present Application, has stated that his Advocate was unable to answer the questions posed by the Court properly in Application No.62 of 2017. Hence, the applicant has sought permission to argue his case for bail in person. 2.
It may be stated that Application No. 62 of 2017 came to be withdrawn on 21st March, 2017. Thereafter, the present application has been filed by Advocate Mr. P.D. Pise wherein prayer is made to grant bail to the applicant. Shri. Vivek Abrol, who is the father of the applicant, is present in person. He states that, they have engaged Advocate Mr. P.D. Pise to conduct his bail application and Mr. Pise will be arguing the same and not his son i.e. the applicant. He says that he has instructions from his son in that regard. Hence, this Application is disposed off as infructous.
