This Criminal Application No. 753/2017 is through jail for bail on the ground that the daughters of the Appellant are in orphanage and he is required to take care of them. In the alternative it is prayed that the hearing of the appeal may be expedited. 2.

We are not inclined to grant bail. It is noticed that on earlier occasions also bail has been rejected. It is noticed that there is already an order passed by this Court on 6th February, 2017 that the Appeal be 1/2
