This application is filed by the respondents in Appeal No. 465 of 2013 seeking expeditious hearing of the Second Appeal. The appeal was admitted in the year 2015. There are old Second Appeals which are pending since the year 2008. Hence, it is not possible to grant this relief. The application is rejected.
