The Civil Application seeks an order for deposit of compensation in the Respondent's eviction suit. Alternately, it is prayed that Civil Revision Application No.370 of 2010 together with pending Writ Petition be taken up for hearing expeditiously. Learned Counsel for the Respondent has no objection if the CRA and WP are taken up for hearing. Accordingly, the Civil Application is disposed of by expediting the hearing of the CRA and WP.
