This Application is for deleting respondents No.1-A and 1-C since deceased and for bringing on record the proposed respondent No.1-D in place of respondent No.1C. For the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today. 3.

After the amendment is carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondent No.1-D, returnable on 06.07.2018.
