The learned counsel for the appellant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. The First Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with no order as to costs.

The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited before this Court along with interest, if any, shall be made over to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pune which shall pass appropriate order in respect of the payment thereof to the claimants.
