The present petition seeks rejection of the petitioner's nomination vide order dated 13th May, 2015 and 22nd May, 2015. It is submitted that respondent no.3 has completed the election process in June 2015, hence the present petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the same is disposed of as infructuous.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he intends to file a dispute in relation to the said cause of action and seeks liberty. Since cause of action is now distinct from the cause of action for filing the petition, there is no need for granting any liberty. The petitioner to take steps as he may be so advised.
