When this petition was called out for final hearing yesterday, none appeared for the Petitioner. Even today, when the petition is called out for final hearing, none appears for the Petitioner. When the Writ Petition was called out before the Special Bench constituted in Vacation on 08th May, 2017, none appeared for the Petitioner. Hence, we have no option, but to dismiss the petition for non prosecution.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
