This Appeal is preferred by the New India Assurance Company Limited against the judgment and Award dated 14th September, 2015 passed by the Motor Accidents Claim Tribunal, Mumbai in Motor Accidents Claim Petition No. 182 of 2009.

The parties to the Appeal have settled the claim and arrived at consent terms executed on 8th December, 2018. The same is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification.
