Learned Counsel for the parties state that the matter is settled under the One Time Settlement (Centenary Settlement Scheme) of the Respondent - Union Bank of India, whereby both the accounts of the Petitioners now stand settled in view of the payment of Rs.71,31,254.27. Learned Counsel for the Respondent Bank has placed on record a copy of the letter dated 25th March, 2019.

In view of the settlement between the parties, learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Petitions. 1/2

2-WP-13799-13800-2018.DOC The Petitions to stand disposed of as withdrawn. In view of the settlement, the Respondent - Bank shall now handover to the Petitioners the No Due Certificate and the original Title Deeds (excluding property which was already been sold) to the Petitioners.
