At the outset, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend para 8 (a) of the application so as to state number of days of delay in filing the appeal. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 9.12.2015, passed by the MACT Ratnagiri in MACP No.2 of Salgaonkar

14 caf 2578-16.doc 2014. The learned Counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 has no objection for condonation of delay. The respondent nos.5 and 6 have not remained present despite due service. In the light of the statement made by the respondent nos.1 to 4 and as stated in para 4 of the application, delay is condoned.

Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections. 4.

Ms. Musale waives service on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2.
