This Application is moved seeking temporary bail of the Applicant. So as to enable him to attend marriage of her Nephew on 26th April, 2024.

The learned APP has taken instructions from the concerned Police Station. API from Walsang Police Station Solapur Rural, has communicated to learned APP that the marriage is fixed on 26th April, 2024. The Communication Report is taken on record and marked 'X' for the purpose of identification. From the marriage card it is seen that the marriage is at 12:30 p.m.

2 501-(1)-IA-1840-2024.doc that the Applicant is to attend the marriage she shall be temporarily released on bail. After attending the marriage she should report back to the Jail on 29th April, 2024, on the following conditions.

ORDER

a) The Applicant shall be released on temporary bail.

b) The Applicant should report back to the Jail on 29th April, 2024.

c) The Applicant shall attend the Police Station on 27th April, 2024 & 28th April, 2024, at 10:30 a.m. 4.
