This matter is moved by way of speaking to minutes in the order dated 14th June, 2017. In the said order, in the cause title, the appearance of the Mr. Rajendra R. Mishra, Advocate for respondent no. 1 is deleted and instead of that, following appearance is to be substituted:
"Mr. D.P. Barretto, Advocate for the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 & 7." 3.
Paragraph 2 of the said order is as under:

Hence nothing remains in this Application and, therefore, he wants to withdraw this Application." Instead of this, it is to be read thus:
"The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that there was challenge to the removal of trustees under section 41D of the Bombay Public Trust Act in respect of conducting elections, however, the elections are conducted. Hence nothing remains in this Application and, therefore, he wants to withdraw this Application." 4.
The original order dated 14th June, 2017 stands modified accordingly.
