At the outset, the learned Counsel for the applicant seeks leave to amend par 8 (a) of the application so as to state number of days of delay in filing the appeal. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 56 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 9.12.2015, passed by the MACT Ratnagiri in MACP 3 of 2014. Salgaonkar

In the light of the statement made by the respondent nos.1 to 4 and as stated in para 4 of the application, delay is condoned.
