This application is for seeking extension of ad-interim relief granted by order dated 5th March 2024. By the said order Writ Petition was disposed of on the ground that the petitioners have an efficacious alternate remedy. To enable the petitioners to make an appropriate application ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 15th June 2023 1/2 by RAJESHWARI RAMESH PILLAI Date:

46-IA-8482-2024-WP-6885-2023.docx was extended for a period of eight weeks, subject to petitioners filing appropriate proceedings within four weeks.

Learned counsel for the applicants/petitioners submits that within the time granted by the said order revision application is filed before the State Government, however, he further submits that in view of the ensuing Lok Sabha Elections the Revision Application and the Application for interim stay is not likely to be heard immediately. He therefore requests to extend the ad-interim relief for a further period of six weeks.

For reasons stated in the application, ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 15th June 2023 is further extended by eight weeks from today.
