The complaint is lodged at the instance of one Rajendra More who is the Principal of State Reserve Police Force Center, Nanvij, Tal. Daund, Pune. 2.
It is the case of the prosecution that the applicant/accused along with co-accused has committed fraud of the amount of Rs. 3,37,497/- by siphoning the Government amount in their own account. 1 / 2

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that the applicant is working as A.S.I. and now he has received re-joining letter. He submitted that his custody is not required. 4.
The learned prosecutor opposed the pre arrest bail. 5.
This is the first date. However, I am not inclined to grant any interim bail as the applicant/accused is a public servant who is involved in a fraud and cheating. Hence, pre arrest bail is rejected. 6.
However, as the applicant/accused is ready to deposit the amount, he may go for regular bail.
