This application is for leave to amend the petition in view of certain developments post filing of the petition. Mr. Kamat, on instructions states that the application was served on respondents almost a year ago but no reply opposing the application has been filed. Moreover, since the petition itself is yet to be admitted, leave to amend the petition, as per the schedule annexed to the interim application, is granted.

Amendment to be carried out and copy of the amended petition to be served within four weeks from today. Interim application disposed accordingly.
