This is an application for restoration of Civil Writ Petition No.2727 of 2020 which was dismissed by an Order dated 16th March 2020 for non-supply of spare copies in the Registry within stipulated period. 2.

Mr. Shah, learned Counsel for the Applicant, submitted that the present Application is not hit by the law of limitation. 3.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (A) and (B). 4.

Applicant is directed to comply with the directions as per Order dated 16th March, 2020 within a period of one week from today.
