By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 22.04.2016 passed by the Judge, Family Court No.4, Pune below Exhibit- 101 and order dated 04.05.2016 below Exhibit- 111 and 114 in Civil Misc. Application No.50/2016 directing the petitioner to provide access of son Arjun to respondent husband on particular dates. The last date was 31.05.2016.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that same order is challenged by respondent husband by filing Writ Petition (ST) No.12692/2016.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and in view of subsequent development, nothing survives in the Writ Petitions. Both the Writ Petitions stand disposed of as infructuous.

Liberty granted to the husband, if he so desire, to make an appropriate application before the Family Court for access of son Arjun, in future, which will be decided on merits.

Liberty granted to the petitioner to make an application in the present Writ Petition in case any difficulty.
