The petition is filed for cancellation of bail and re-arrest the accused. Perusal of the order at page 28 reveals that bail was granted by learned 3rd JMFC, Thane. The petition, therefore, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, would not be maintainable before the Division Bench of this Court and the same is, accordingly, dismissed. 3.
