1] The learned SPP makes a statement that custodial interrogation of the Applicants in both the Applications is not necessary, but he makes a specific request that the Applicants should be directed to report to the Investigating Officer.
2] Accepting the aforesaid statement, following order is passed : O R DE R (a) Both the Applications are allowed.
(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.387/2022 registered with Navghar Police Station, the applicants Suman N. Mehta and Narendra L. Mehta shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/- each with one or more sureties of the like amount.
(c) The applicants shall mark their attendance before the Investigating Officer from 10.10.2022 to 13.10.2022 between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called for.
(d) The applicants shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
(e) Both the Interim Applications are also disposed off.
