By this Application, the delay of 36 days is sought to be condoned in filing of Appeal against Judgment and Award dated 14th December 2015, by Commissioner for Workmen Compensation and Judge, 11th Labour Court, Mumbai in Application (WCA) No. 174/C-48/2012, directing the Applicant and Respondent No. 2 to deposit Rs. 7,68,852/- with 12% interest with effect from 19th March 2008 in the Labour Court. 1/2

It is noted from the Office record that the Respondents No. 1 and 2 are duly served. However, none appears nor are represented.

Learned Counsel Mr. S.M. Dange for the Applicant/ Appellant draws attention of this Court to paragraph Nos. 3 and 4 of the application to explain the delay.

Having perused the said application and having heard learned Counsel for the Applicant, this Court is satisfied that there was sufficient cause for the delay.

In this view of the matter, delay of 36 days is hereby condoned.
