C.:- 1) Mr.Yagnik, learned A.P.P on instructions submitted that, after completion of the investigation of present crime the police have submitted charge-sheet on 25th February 2015, in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Pune and it is numbered as R.C.C.No.947 of 2015. 2) In view thereof the Petitioners are having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Code of Criminal Procedure, before the trial Court.
