918-apl-584-24 applicant approaches the same Court who has granted anticipatory bail to the applicant on certain conditions.

Permission is granted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn. The applicant is at liberty to prefer an application for relaxation/modification of the conditions in the order before the same Court who has granted anticipatory bail to the present applicant in the present subject matter.

If such application is preferred, all the parties concerned shall co-operate with the expeditious disposal of that application. Learned Judge shall also make endeavor to dispose of that application expeditiously.

With disposal of the main application, the I.A.(St) No.10305 of 2024 is also disposed of.
