This Application is for condonation of 179 days delay in preferring the appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 21.10.2008 passed by the learned Judge, Labour Court in Application (WCA) No.78/C/22/2006.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

a) Delay in filing the First Appeal is condoned.

b) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.

c) No order as to costs.

d) The Appellant is directed to remove all office objections in First Appeal on or before 20.07.2019, failing which same shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

e) If all office objections are removed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Office is directed to place the matter on board on 05.08.2019 for admission.
