Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to Respondent No.2 to supply copy of reply filed by the Respondents in S.P.C.A. Complaint Case No. 65 of 2018 pending on the file of Respondent No.2.

Learned APP has tendered across the bar a letter received from one Mr. Nitin Gaikwad, Chief Executive Officer, State Police Complaints Authority, Maharashtra State, Mumbai which is written and addressed to the Learned APP of the Court. The same is taken on record and mark 'X' for identification.

Upon careful perusal of said interse communication between them, it appears that on 15.02.2022 the copy of the reply has been served upon advocate for petitioner.

In that view of the matter main grievance raised in the petition by the petitioner stands satisfied. No further order is necessary to be passed. Hence, the writ petition stands disposed of.
