1] Mrs.Sangita Ravi Mittal duly constituted attorney of Mrs.Gayatridevi Bhajanlal Kedia petitioner in the present petition, seeks leave to withdraw this petition.

2] For this purpose she tenders an application which seeks leave to withdraw the petition. She has also produced for my perusal a general power of attorney by which the petitioner has constituted her as an Attorney. The power of attorney is dated 18th December 2013 and has been notarised. Mrs. Mittal is also accompanied by Mr.

YBG wp5390-14 Bhajanlal Kedia who is husband of the petitioner. 3] In the aforesaid circumstances, this petition is permitted to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.

4] Mr. Ram Singh Advocate holding for Mr.S.S.Rai, Advocate for respondents is present in court and has no objection to the withdrawal of this petition. Mr. Sushil Bagarka, C.A. of one of the respondents is also present in court.
