This is an application for suspension of sentence and grant of bail during pendency of the present Appeal. 2.

The Applicant, along with three others, has been charged for causing death of one Sanjay.

The application of the accused no.3 has been allowed by this Court vide Order dated 27th July, 2017 by giving elaborate reasons. The case of the Applicant is almost similar with the case of the accused no.3.

In that view of the matter, we are inclined to allow the Application. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

The Application is allowed on the same terms and conditions as were imposed by this Court in the Order dated 27th July 2017 in Criminal Application No.850 of 2017.
