1) In pursuance of Order dated 19th March 2024 Mr. Vishal H. Thakur, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Detection-I, D.C.B., C.I.D., Mumbai, has filed an Affidavit dated 4th April 2024. In para No.5 thereof, it is stated that, after completion of investigation of present crime police have filed chargesheet in the Court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 37th Court, Esplanade, Mumbai, on 7th September 2018 and the same is numbered as CC No. 516/PW/2018.

2) In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate remedy under the provisions of Criminal Procedure Code before the trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.
