The appellant have handed over the Demand Draft totally in an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- as stated in clause no.1 of the consent terms to the respondent. The respondent confirms receipt of the Demand Draft.

Accordingly, this First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Decree to be drawn accordingly. 5.
